Inquiry data and privacy
When you submit an inquiry, DIANKE stores the information you provide, the related product and source page, your consent record and submission time. The information is used to review and respond to the stated furniture or project requirement.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are not published and have no public reading interface. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Version 1 does not send an inquiry notification email; the record remains in the WordPress administration area until an authorized administrator deletes it or fulfils an approved privacy request.
Your request
You may ask for access to, correction of or erasure of inquiry information associated with your email address. Use the Request a Quote form, identify the submission where possible and state that your message is a privacy request. Identity verification may be required before data is disclosed or erased.
